SPG can arrange service and maintenance agreements which are individually tailored to meet the requirements of each client. The purpose of such agreements is to ensure that the equipment is routinely checked to ensure that it is working correctly. Just as you would service a vehicle, you also need to service your hardware and software on security systems.  


Once a contract has been drawn up and agreed we ensure that our Service Technicians are routinely scheduled to do maintenance on all items agreed on in the contract. Our Service vehicles are fully equipped with parts needed for servicing however if larger parts are needed we will collects them from our warehouse and return to site to change them.
